MGM Casinos launch new loyalty program

MGM Resorts presented its new loyalty program which will initially start as a casino rewards club and then expand into a full loyalty program. This program will reward players not only when they play casino but also when they stay in hotels, shop, dine and more in venues owned by the casino operator. Consumer preferences will be rewarded in order to create customized rewards.

The rewards offered to casino players include M life moments such as the chance to choose The Fountains of Bellagio songs for a day, a cameo role in Cirque du Soleil's Viva ELVIS, train dolphins for a day at The Mirage, cooking with celebrity chef Rick Moonen at Mandaly Bay and more.

The loyalty program offered by MGM will have four levels: Sapphire, Pearl, Gold and Platinum. New members will start in the Sapphire level and the more they play casino and visit MGM casinos and hotels, the higher their level will be and the better rewards they will have access to. Members of the Gold and Platinum levels win more points every time they play, which means they earn new benefits more frequently.

Through the M life website members will be able to find information about points, credits and offers. The program also features a magazine called M life magazine and an online TV show. MGM Resorts owns 15 casino hotels located in Las Vegas , Mississippi and Detroit.
